Know all men by these present that I Frank Brown of Pacific City, Iowa, in the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do make and publish my last will and testament as follows:

First; I give and bequeath to Bernard Rhodes the following land situated in Pacific City, Mills County, Iowa; to wit: Lots Five and Six in Block One Hundred and Four. One, Two, Three, Four, Five and Six in Block Eighty Nine. To have and hold said premises with the appurtances thereon.

I hereby appoint as my Executors and Administrators to my will, W. G. Templeton and J. H. Rhodes. In testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the witnesses named below, June 28 in the year 1901.
