The last will and testament of A. P. Boswell made May 24th 1901.

The said property of A. P. Boswell to be divided as follows:

Maggie Gwathmay, Cash $1,000, also homestead situated in Indian Creek Township, Mills County, Iowa. For description of said property see warrantee deed No. 10, Dated 19th of February 1892, said deed signed by Cecelia A. Musker and Maud M. Musker. Mary C. Wilson to have income of $1,000 during her lifetime. The $1,000 cash at Mary C. Wilson's death to be divided equally between T. B. Boswell, William Boswell and Maggie Gwathmay. John Boswell Cash $5.00. W. H. Boswell Cash $1,000. Celia McDowel Cash $1,000. J. B. Boswell house and 2 lots No. 11 and 12 in Block 8, Emerson, Iowa and $700 Cash.

Balance after funeral Expenses if any to go to the Home of the Friendless, Council Bluffs. If any of my heirs object in any way to this will they are to receive nothing and their share to be divided equally among balance of heirs.

Conrad Strickler to be appointed administrator of A. P. Boswell estate without bond.
