Know all men by these presents:
That I, Winston Brooke of near Malvern, in Mills County, and State of Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.Item 1. It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath all my property that I may own at my death including real personal and mixed property to W.G. White and I hereby direct that after my death the said W.G. White shall sell all the property that I may own at my death including real and personal property and that he shall pay all my debts from the proceeds of said sale or sales including all expenses of my last sickeness and burial, and after the payment of all my just debts, I then desire that with the balance of the money in his hand he shall erect a suitable tombstone at my grave, and pay the expense of the probate of this my last will and testament, and I direct that the said W.G. White shall have authority to sell said property without giving bond and shall act as executor to carry out the provisions of the will, giving him the said W.G. White authority to sell all of said property withouth making an any application to the Court, but to report all sales and execute all deeds of conveyances. And same to be apporved by the Court.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name or Testator in the presencce of R.D. Hammond and John F. Clayton attesting hereto at my instructions and request, this 16th day of May 1913.
Winston BrookeWe the undersigned hereto sign our names as attesting witnesses hereto at the instance and request of said Testator and we certify that we signed same in his presence and in the presence of said Testator and in the presence of ourselves and that said Testaor was competent to make a will. Witness our hands this day and date last above written.

Mills County. ssI Walter S. Brown, clerk of the District Court, hereby certify that an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Winston Brooke of Mills County, Iowa was presented. read and filed on the 15th day of August, 1913, that notice was published for its Probate on the Malvern Leader, a weekly newspaper in Mills County, Iowa, three consecutive weeks, the last publication being ten days before the time appointed for its probate; that on said time appointed, the execution of said will was duly proved by the subscribing witnesses thereto; and also that the said Testator at the time of its execution was of full age, sound disposing mind and memory, and free to act. It was then and there adjudged and ordered by the Court that the aforesaid instrument was duly executed and that the same be admitted to Probate as the Last Will and Testament of Winston Brooke and that letters testamentary issue to the Executor named therein in accordance with which W.G. White Executor named in said Will was appointed to carry its provisions into effect.
