Know all men by these presents: That I Fred Barg, of Mineola, Mills County, Iowa being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this my last will and testament, revoking all former wills by me heretofore made, as follows:

My will is that all my just debts and all funeral expenses shall by my executor hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by him be found convenient.

I give to my son Frederick Carl Barg the sum of Three Thousand Dollars.

I give to Henry Barg of Emerson, Nebraska, the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00).

I give to my wife Gertie Barg all the rest of my estate, either real or personal of whatsover kind, of which I shall die seized and possessed.

And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my friend Herman Peters of Mineola, Iowa, sole executor of this my last will and testament, without being required to give bonds as such executor, and also hereby empower him to deed any and all real estate of which I shall die seized and posessed and divide same among my heirs as above provided.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of January 1912.

The above instrument, consisting of one sheet was at the date thereof signed by the said Fred Barg as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
