Know all men by these present that I, William Aiton of Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa, mindful of the uncertainty of human life and being of legal age and of sound mind and memory do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament.

I give and bequeath to my daughter, Arie Bahl and son-in-law Herman, all my right title and interest in my 3 lots in Bank addition: To wit; Nos. 12, 13 and 14 and request them to pay out and take up a deed for the same or do whatever may seem best to them. As my boy Tommie has already received his full share of my property at divers times I give him no share in said lots. All my personal property I give to my daughter, Arie with exception noted hereafter.

First. To pay my office and room rent for Febry, March and April and I ask that Henry Evernham as a special favor and by and with Arie and Herman's consent accept from me in full payment my (lounge?)

Second. The big Bible in the old trunk by consent of Arie, I give to Tabor College Library and I wish to be inscribed and labelled thereon that the same is a gift from Wm. Aiton, atty. and J.P. Glenwood, Iowa. As this book is so large I request this disposition of this book and also on account of my great esteem and regard for Tabor College. Our family Bible in the barrel goes with other books to Arie.

Third. By consent of Arie I give to my dear friend Bro. E. Trisler my safe and dining extension table, cook stove, bedsted (sic) and one spring.

Fourth. By consent of Arie I give to my dear friend and associate, H. A. Tolles, my office stove pipe, zinc (sic) also center table, big black note wallet all legal blanks, not county.

Fifth. I request that all County Dockets, J.P. County Blanks be returned promptly to the County.

Sixth. I request that my dear friend Eugene Woodruff be appointed Executor without bond.

Seventh. To my dear boy, Tommie and brother Robert and family leave my best wishes for their future life and the same to everybody and my special thanks to Mills County Bar & friends.
