Last Will and Testament of Alfred Baldwin

In the Name of God, Amen.

I, Alfred Baldwin of the County of Mills and State of Iowa, of the age of 73 years and being of sound mind and memory and mindful of the uncertanties of this transitory life, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:

First. After the payment of my just debts and the charges of my last sickness and funeral expenses I will devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Elizabeth Baldwin, all property, both real, personal and mixed of every kind and description and wherever the same may be situated of which I may die seized, possessed of or in any manner entitled.

Second. I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Elizabeth Baldwin, Executrix of this my last will and testament and request that she be permitted to act as (such) without giving bond.

In testamony whereof I hereunto set my hand at Glenwood, Iowa, this twentieth day of March in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Three. Signed Alfred Baldwin
