Last Will and Testament of Geo. W. Brooks

I, George W. Brooks of Mills County and state of Iowa being of sound mind and memory do hereby publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

I first direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate.

That all the residue of my estate, both real and personal of which I may be seized or possessed I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Sarah F. Brooks. And that at her death I desire that whatever remains of the estate go to my adopted child, Claude V. Brooks.

I hereby appoint my wife, Sarah F. Brooks the Executrix of this will and request that she not be required to give bond in discharge of her duties herein.
