I, Sarah Mickelwait of Mills County Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. I desire all my just debts to be paid. I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter, Sarah E. Coats, all the real estate situated in the town of Hillsdale, Iowa, to which I have any right, title or interest, and also all my right, title and interest in and to the grain elevator and buildings, with contents, situated in said town of Hillsdale. I give, devise and bequeath unto my two sons, Wilbur W. Mickelwait and James M. Mickelwait, all the other personal property and real estate of which I may die seized and possessed, the same to be equally divided between them. I hereby revoke any and all wills which I have heretofore made; and I nominate my son, Wilbur W. Mickelwait my executor and request that he be appointed without giving bond. Witness my hand this 27th day of October 1892.
