WILL OF D. B. HARRINGTON, Deceased

Know all men by these presents that I, D. B. Harrington, of Lyons Township in Mills County, in the State of Iowa, being of
sound mind on this the tenth day of March in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Five, do hereby
make my last will and testament, to wit: I hereby will and bequeath to my wife Eleanor B. Harrington all my title and interest in
the following real estate, to wit: The South West quarter of the South West quarter of Section Twenty-eight and the North
West quarter of the North West quarter of Section Thirty three, and also the South East quarter of the North West quarter of
Section Twenty nine, all of the above land is situated in Township Seventy one North of Range Forty three West, containing an
hundred and twenty acres, more or less, and also a section that has been made on the West side of Lots number three and four
in Section Thirty two and also five acres of standing timber in the South West corner and the West end of Sectio!
n Thirty two in Township Seventy one North of Range Forty three West, supposed to be eighty five acres, more or less, all the
above land is situated in Mills County, State of Iowa.

And I further will and bequeath unto my three sons, Daniel B. Harrington, Arba C. Harrington and Joseph M. Harrington, the
following undivided real estate, to wit: The North half of the South West quarter and the North half of the South half of the
South West quarter of Section Thirty three and also Lots numbered three and four with the exception of five acres of standing
timber in the South West corner of Lot number Four, Section Thirty two, containing two hundred and twenty nine acres, more
or less, the above named heirs are to come in possession of one third interest in the named real estate as they respectfully
become of age.

And I further will and bequeath unto the above named sons a sufficient portion of personal property as they respectfully come
of age to get each of them a span of horses, harness and wagon, the said personal property to be held by my wife, Eleanor B.
Harrington, her Administrator or assigns until such times as they respectfully become of age. In case either one of the above
named sons should (die) before coming in possession of the above named property, except he be married and have a wife or
heirs living, it shall be lawful for the two remaining sons to have his one third interest in the above named real estate to be
equally divided between them. But in case a (several words illegible) before coming in possession of the above named
(illegible) estate, except he has a wife or heirs living, then it shall be lawful for his one third interest in the above named real
estate to be divided equal with all my heirs.

And I further will and bequeath unto my wife, Eleanor B. Harrington after my funeral expenses and debts are paid all of my
personal property to be hers; to hold and use for maintenance and support of my heirs until they become of age.

Then if there is a sufficient portion left, then she shall give to my four daughters, Lydia C., Eleanor V., Clara O. and Emma C.
Harrington, the sum of five hundred dollars apiece. If either should marry before becoming of age, whatever marriage portion
they may receive shall be included in the above named five hundred dollars.

My wife Eleanor B. Harrington shall pay to the three heirs of Harriett Bussman the sum of one hundred dollars apiece as they
respectfully become of age, namely, Celestia C. Bussman, Daniel A. Bussman and Lydia E. Bussman.

And I hereby authorize my wife Eleanor B. Harrington, to sign away all my right and title to a certain described piece of real
estate or described in a bond executed by Eleanor B. Harrington to R. B. Hicks, of Fremont County in the State of Iowa, the
above bond was executed on the eighth day of February.

And I also authorize my wife Eleanor B. Harrington to collect all notes and accounts due me, at any time, that she may see
proper, that there shall be no public sales of any personal property belonging to me, but shall remain at her disposal at such
times as she may see proper to her best interest.

And I further request that my wife Eleanor B. Harrington shall be appointed my sole Administrator, with whomever she may
choose to assist her.

The above will is only to be in force after my decease.
