WILL OF MARY CAREY (CARY)

Know alll men by these presents: That I, Mary Carey of Malvern, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

Item 1: It is my will and I hereby direct and will that after my death I direct that my executor first pay all my just debts and the expenses of my last sickness and all funeral expenses, and to pay reasonable and fair wages to any person or persons that may care for me during my last sickness.

Item 2: It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath after all claims are paid against my estate as mentioned in Item one hereof, all the rest and residue of my estate I direct and will that the same be divided equally share and share alike among my living children, to wit:

Adaline Tucker of Hillsdale, Iowa
Ephriam Carey of Malvern, Iowa
Abigal Cunning of Meadow Grove, Nebr.
Elizabeth Edie of Emerson, Iowa
Charley Carey of Macedonia, Iowa
Nettie Fisher of Wellington, Colorado
Sarah Conrad of Strahan, Iowa, and I hereby direct that any and all real estate that I may own at my death be sold by my executor, and that the proceeds of said sale or sales with all other moneys that I may have at my death be divided equally share and share alike among my children above mentioned, subject to the Item mentioned in Item one of this will.

In witness hereof I have hereunto subscribed my name hereto as testator this 23rd day of March A. D. 1911, in the presence of E. L. Donner and A. E. Cook, of Malvern, Iowa, subscribing witnesses hereto at my instance and request.
