Last Will and Testament of M. H. McClusky

I, M. H. McClusky, of Mills County, Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, that is to say:

1st.. I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, as soon as practicable, pay all my just debts including the expenses of my last sickness and burial.

2nd.. All the rest and residue of my property, both personal and real, or mixed, of which I may die seized and possessed, or to which I may be entitled, give, will and devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jennie B. McClusky, to be hers in absolute right.

3rd.. I nominate and appoint my said wife, Jennie B. McClusky, Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and request that she be exonerated from giving bond.

We, the undersigned, hereby certify that M. H. McClusky, the testator above named, signed the foregoing instrument in our presence, and that we, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, signed our names as witnesses thereto, and that testator declared the same to be his last Will and Testament
