WILL OF SOPHIA STONE

Know All Men By These Presents:

That I, Sophia Stone, a resident of Ingraham Township, Mills County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First..My will is that all just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate as soon as convenient after my decease.

Second..My will is that my estate, both real and personal, of what so ever it may consist and where so ever it may be found, shall be divided between my three children, Elmer Stone, Elma E. Knight and Emma G. Knight, in equal parts, share and share alike, except that it is my will that one third (1/3) of my son Elmer Stone's share of my estate, shall pass to and be the property of his wife Atlanta Stone during the term of her natural life.

In witness whereof; I have to this, my last Will and Testament, contained on one sheet of white paper, subscribed my name and affixed my seal this eighth (8) day of April, A.D. 1920

Signed, sealed, published and declared, by the said Sophia Stone, as her last Will and Testament, in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto, this Eighth day of April, A. D. 1920.
