Will of John H. Retelsdorf

Know all men by these presents:

That I, John H. Retelsdorf of Malvern in the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament;

Item #1..It is my will and I hereby request that after my death all my just debts be first paid including the expenses of my last sickness and burial.

Item #2..It is my will and I hereby grant, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Hedwick Retelsdorf of Malvern, Iowa, all the property that I now own or may acquire during my life time and wherever the same may be located or situated including real, personal and mixed.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 18th day of March 1903 in the presence of J. E. Neiman and A. E. Cook subscribing witnesses hereto at my instance and request.

We the undersigned subscribing witnesses hereto certify that we hereby sign our names hereto in the presence of each other and in the presence of said Testator and at his instance and request, and we further certify that said Testator signed and executed this as and for his last will and Testament in our presence.
