WILL OF JOEL M. BOMAR
I, Joel M. Bomar, of sound mind and memory and of lawful age, make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
I devise and bequeath to the heirs of my deceased son, James Wilson Bomar, the sum of Five Dollars and to Francis M. Bomar, Lewis B. Bomar, Anderson Bomar, Mary (or May) Graves, Sarah C. Anthony and C. D. Bomar, I give and bequeath to each Five Dollars. To my wife, Catharine(?) C. Bomar, I give one third of my estate as now belongs to her by the law of Iowa.
To my son, Joel B. Bomar, I give and bequeath the residue of my estate after defraying my funeral expenses, of whatsoever kind I may be possessed at my death.
In witness thereof I set my hand this 20 day of October 1894
