WILL OF ROBERT McCOY

I Robert McCoy of Mills County and State of Iowa being in moderate health of sound disposing mind and memory and of full age do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me made.

I give devise and bequeath to my daughter, Mary Ann Stauffer one hundred dollars. To my beloved wife, Phebe Ann McCoy I give and bequeath all my estate, both real and personal in whatever it may consist or wherever situated at my decease to be by her used and disposed of during her natural life. The same as I might do if I was living, giving her full power to sell exchange or do as she may deem best to convey by gift or otherwise among my children according to her own will and judgement. The one hundred dollars bequeathed to Mary Ann Stauffer to be paid to her whenever disposition is made of the property willed by Phebe Ann, my wife.

In witness whereof I have set my hand this 28th day of December 1885.

The foregoig instrument was at the date thereof subscribed by Robt. McCoy in our presence and he at the same time declared it to be his last will and testament and at his request we signed our names in his presence and in the presence of each other.
