WILL OF SAMUEL McELREE

In the name of God, Amen:
I,
Samuel McElree of the town of Silver City, Mills County,State of Iowa of the age of blank years and being of sound
mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following; that is to say:

First: I give and devise all of the following described real estate to my daughter, Alice B. Lacock of the town of Silver
City, Mills County, Iowa, to be used and enjoyed by her during the term of her natural life: And from and immediately
after her decease, I give and devise the same to my granddaughter, Gertrude Lacock to be used and enjoyed by her
during her natural life and from and imediately after her decease, I give and devise the same to my great
granddaughter, Leone Hostetler, her heirs and assigns forever.

All of lots number, six, seven and the south fifty feet of Lot number eight. All in block no. sixteen in the town of Silver
City, Mills County and State of Iowa, according to the recorded Plat of said town together with all the improvements
and apurtenances thereunto belonging. I hereby appoint my daughter, Alice B. Lacock, sole Executrix of this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 3rd day of May A.D. 1902.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet of paper, was at the date thereof, signed and declared by the said
Samuel McElree as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his request and in his presence
have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
