WILL OF ELIZABETH HOUSER

In the name of God, Amen. I, Elizabeth Houser of Silver City in Mills County and State of Iowa, being of sound mind
and memory and of age 67 years do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner
following. That is to say:

First: I direct that my just debts shall be paid with convienent speed.

Second: I give and bequeath to my daughter Martha A. Heath the Western Cottage organ.

Third: I give and bequeath to my daughter Susan McDermott the sum of five dollars and to my sons Samuel H.
Harrison and Francis M. Houser five dollars each.

Fourth: I give and devise unto my children Joseph E. Houser, Charles Houser and Martha A. Heath my house and lot
situated in Silver City, Mills County, Iowa. Being Lot 7 of Block No. 24 of the town of Silver City, Iowa according to the
official plat of said town, to share and share alike to them and their executors administrators and assigns forever.

I hereby appoint T. F. Plumb the sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by
me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this 3rd day of February in the year of our Lord nineteen
hundred

same in our presence as her last will and testament and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence
