WILL OF ROBERT RUSSELL

In the name of God, Amen. I, Robert Russell of the township of Anderson in the County of Mills and State of Iowa,
being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make
ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, that is to say:

First: After all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my estate real and personal, I give and
bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit: to my beloved wife the land and appertainces situated thereon known and
described as follows, the south half of the southeast quarter of Section nineteen (19) also the east half of the north
west quarter of Section nineteen, all in Township seventy three north of Range forty, Mills County, Iowa and the bay
horse Jack 11 years old and two cows mostly red, one three years old the other five years old, also the young bay
colt three years old past and one yoke of cattle three years old past and one cow and four calves one yearling steer
and nine head of sheep seven fat hogs and two ___hogs
and all of the grain wheat and corn belonging on the farm and the two horse wagons now possessed by me during
the term of her natural life and after her death to be divided equally among my heirs.

To my son George the mill situated and being on Mud Creek southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section
twenty four (24) Township seventy three (73) forty one (41) containing thirty acres on the East and the following
described parcel of land situated in the county of Mills and State of Iowa, to wit: Commencing at the southwest
corner of the southwest 1/4 of northwest quarter of Section nineteen (19) in Township seventy three N. of Range
forty W.

The remainder of this will refers only to location of lands, no names mentioned.....

I give bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to the rest of my
children now living or to my children or their heirs who may be living at the time of my decease to be divided equally
between them, share and share alike.

Likewise I make constitute and appoint John Creamer to be Executor of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
the Eighth day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen Hundred and Sixty two.
