MILLS COUNTY IOWA WILL

I, Sarah P. Brooks, being of sound mind and memory, do make and declare this to be my last will and testament
hereby revoking all former by me made.

1. That after the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses, I will and devise to my niece Laura Dunagan one
bed room suit, book case, couch, tables, chairs, stoves, clock, rugs, and one hundred dollars in money.

2. To my niece Alma Chambers, side board
To my niece Kate Macelhose, bureau
To my niece Helen Richardson, my silverware marked Brooks
To my niece Ruth Richardson, watch and chain
To my nephew Les Richardson, easel and picture
To Nellie Smith, bed room suit and feather bed and Two hundred dollars in money.
To my daughter-in-law Cleva Brooks, my Zephyr wreath and sewing machine.
To my grand daughter Irene Frances Brooks, eight hundred dollars in money which I desire to be placed at interest
and annual interest to be applied to the principal until said Irene Frances Brooks arrives to the age of 18 years.
To my son Claud V. Brooks, lounge, feather bed and all books and pictures that he wants. Also all my real estate
and whatever personal property I may die seized, that is not mentioned or willed to others herein named.

I hereby appoint my son Claud V. Brooks Executor of my will and that he not be required to give bond.

Witness my hand this 25th day of May 1911....Signed Sarah P. Brooks

On this 25 day of May 1911, the foregoing instrument was signed by Sarah P. Brooks and by her declared to be her
last will and testament and at her request we in her presence and in the presence of each other signed the same as
witnesses
