WILL OF WILLIAM WEAVER - MILLS COUNTY IOWA

I, William Weaver of the County of Mills and State of Iowa, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking
all former wills by me at any time made.

I give devise and bequeath all my property real and personal at the time of my death as follows, that is to say:

First - To my wife Nancy J. Weaver my homestead property, being sub-division One Lot 38 in Section 32, Twp. 72,
Range 41 Mills County Iowa together with the improvements thereon, also the East half (E1/2) of the Southwest
quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Nine (9) Township Seventy one (71) Range (41) Forty one in Mills
County, Iowa, during her life. I also give to my said wife all the personal property of every kind including all moneys
and credits notes and mortgages and accounts, all household goods, fixtures and furnishing, all horses carriages
wagons harness and stable supplies, and all other property used in connection with my homestead as aforesaid.

I also give to my said wife for her support so long as she shall live the net income from my estate, both real and
personal as above described. Same to be paid to her by my executors as rapidly as it is realized. Upon the death of
my said____ I direct that all the residue of my estate including my homestead, and other real estate described
herein, and personal property of every kind, recited herein shall be divided equally between Joseph S. Weaver,
James E. Weaver, John F. Weaver (and his daughter Nettie Weaver), Chas. W. Weaver and Howard Weaver, who
are my children.

I hereby nominate my son Howard Weaver to be the executor of this my last will and testament consisting of one
sheet of paper subscribed my name this 14th day of Feby, 1906....Signed Wm. Weaver

We hereby certify that on this 14th day of Feby, 1906, at Malvern, Iowa, Wm. Weaver to us personally known did in
our presence sign the foregoing instrument and declare the same to be his last will and testament and we at his
request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, do hereunto subscribe our names as witnesses
thereto.
