MILLS COUNTY IOWA - WILL OF NANCY J. WEAVER

Know All Men By These Presents: That I, Nancy J. Weaver, of White Cloud Township, Mills County, Iowa, being of
sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

Item 1. - It is my will and I hereby will and direct that as soon after death as practicable my Executor herein after
named, pay all just and legal debts and charges against my estate, including all expenses of my last sickness, and
funeral expenses, and the expenses of administering on my estate.

Item 2. - It is my will and I hereby direct that my executor pay to the parties who care for and nurse me during my
sickness a fair and reasonable amount to compensate them for their labor and expenses in caring for me and
nursing me during my sickness.

Item 3. - It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my children, Joseph S. Weaver, James E. Weaver,
Charley W. Weaver, and Howard Weaver all the property that I may own at my death, including real personal and
mixed property in equal portions, share and share alike, after the items as mentioned in Item one and two are paid.

Item 4. - It is my will and I hereby nominate and appoint _______(this is blank) sole executor of this my last will and
testament, to execute this will.

In witness hereof I have this 9th day of December A. D. 1911, signed my name hereto as Testator in the presence of
A. E. Cook and J. H. Scott, who signed the same as witness at my instance and request.

We the undersigned hereto subscribe our names as witnesses hereto at the instance and request of said testator,
and in her presence and in the presence of each other and we further say that we saw said testator sign said will
and that she, at the time, was of sound mind and memory. Dated this 9th day of Dec, 1911.
