WILL OF SARAH M. WEAVER, Mills County Iowa

Know all men by these presents: That I, Sarah M. Weaver, of Malvern, Mills County, Iowa, being of full legal age, of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

Item 1. - It is my will and I hereby bequeath to my grand-children, to-wit; Ray (Poor/Peer?), Robert Shaul and Roy
Shaul, each the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and I authorize my executor to pay said bequests out of any
moneys coming into his hands as such executor.

Item 2. - It is my will and I hereby devise and bequeath to my granddaughters, Edith B. Shaul, all the rest and residue
of my estate in real personal and mixed property that I may own at my death, my said granddaughter being a cripple
and unable to walk and care for herself.

Item 3. - It is my will and I hereby make, nominate and appoint H. R. Landis of Malvern, Iowa as my executor to
execute this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name as testratriz, this 22nd day of June, A. D. 1915, in the
presence of George F. Salyers and Ella C. Salyers, subscribing witnesses hereto at my instance and request.

We, the undersitned, subscribing witnesses hereto, do hereby subscribe our names as such witnesses at the
instance and request of said testratrix and in her presence and in the presence of each other, this 22nd day of June,
A. D. 1915, and we further declare and certify that we saw said testratrix sign her name to said will and that at said
time and date the said testratrix was of sound mind and competent to make a will.
