WILL OF CARL NORALL
I, Carl Norall, of the town of Emerson, county of Mills, and state of Iowa, do make this my last
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, which I may own at the time of
my death, as follows, that is to say:First - I direct that first all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executors.
Second - To my wife, Irinda E. I give one-third of all my property, both real and personal
wherever found.Third - To my daughter, Jennie S. Whitaker, my son, Emil E. Norall, my daughter, Mary P.
Schaub, my daughter, Clara C. Dunn, my son Carl A. Norall, my daughter, Nina R. Holmes,
and my son, Frank V. Norall, I give the remaining two-thirds of my property, both real and
personal, to be divided among them share and share alike.Fourth - I hereby nominate my son, Emil E. and my son Frank V. to be the executors of this my
last will and testament, without compensation and without bonds.In Witness whereof, I have to this, my last will and testament, consisting of one sheet of paper,

We hereby certify that on this seventeenth day of October, 1919, at Emerson, in Mill County,
Iowa, Carl Norall, to us personally known, did, in our presence, sign the foregoing instrument
and declare the same to be his last will and testament; and we, at his request, and in his
presence, and in the presence of each other, do hereunto subscribe our names at witnesses
thereto.
