WILL OF J. H. MAYBERRY

I, the undersigned, J. H. Mayberry, of Glenwood, Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare
this my last will and testament, in manner and form following;

First - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as
conveniently can be done.

Second - To my wife, Arvilla Mayberry, I give and bequeath, for her life time, all the property,
both real and personal, of which I may die seized or possessed, and she shall have the full
control and use of said property as long as she lives. My real estate consisting of a farm of
169 acres in Rawles Township, Mills County, Iowa, and the homestead property in City of
Glenwood.

Third - At the death of my wife I direct that of my property then remaining shall descend in six
equal shares, one each to my four children who are now living, viz; Mack Mayberry; Victoria
Russell; Charley Mayberry and Guy Mayberry; and one sixth to the surviving children of my
deceased son, Lewis Mayberry, who are now living as follows: Ralph; Shirley; Florence, Paul;
Lois and Clara Mayberry. To the surviving children of my deceased daughter, Elnora Estes. I
likewise give and bequeath, at the death of my wife, one sixth of my remaining property, said
children now living being Winifred Estes and Claude Estes. Should either of my children who
are now named as living die before final distribution of my property as herein provided then I
direct that their surviving heir or heirs shall take their one sixth share, in equal parts.

Fourth - I direct that any debts which may be owing from either of my children to me shall be
on final distribution charged against such child for the amount of such debt, same to be
considered as an advancement of such sum.

Fifth - I hereby appoint my wife, Arvilla Mayberry, as Executrix of this my will, and ask that she
be appointed and qualified without giving bond. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
hand this 18th day of January, 1917....J. H. (X) Mayberry.
