CLAUDE H. ESTES

I, Claude H. Estes of Glenwood Mills County Iowa, being of full age, sound and disposing mind
and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament hereby
revoking any will by me at any time made.

First - I direct that as soon after my death as convenient, all my debts, including expenses of
my last sickness and funeral expenses be paid.

Second - To my grandmother, Mrs. H. A. Estes, I give the sum of one hundred dollars per
month, as long as she lives. Said sum to be paid to her each month, and to be and remain a
charge against the property of which I die seized during the life time of the said Mrs. H. A.
Estes, subject only to the provisions of the following paragraph.

Third - To my aunt, Margaret Estes, I give the sum of Five Thousand dollars.

Fourth - All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of all kind and character and
wherever located, I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Winifred Estes.

Fifth - I hereby nominate and appoint my Uncle, Sam Estes, of Glenwood Iowa, executor of
this my last will and testament, and ask that he be appointed to serve without bond.

Dated at Glenwood, Iowa, this 18th day of November, 1922. Signed...Claude H. Estes

We, the undersigned hereby certify that the foregoing instrument was by the said Claude H.
Estes, signed in our presence, and by him at that time declared to be his last will and
testament, and we at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other,
subscribed our names thereto as witnesses.
