WILL OF CONSTANTINE S. WATSON
(not my family)I, Constantine S. Watson, of Emerson Mills County Iowa, being of sound mind and memory do
make this my last will and testament.First - I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid.
Second - I give devise and bequeath to my son Albert V. Watson, all the real estate of which I
may die seized and possessed, subject to the mortgage thereon which he is to assume and
pay. No part of my other property shall be used to pay said mortgage; Said real estate being at
date of this will about twenty-seven acres.Third - I give and bequeath to my son James E. Watson, the sum of Twelve hundred dollars
out of the personal property of which I shall die possessed.Fourth - I give and bequeath to my daughter, Amanda J. Salmons, Two hundred dollars out of
the personal property of which I shall die possessed.Fifth - All the balance of the personal property of which I shall die possessed, I give and
bequeath unto my three children, Albert V. Watson, James E. Watson and Syrinda E. Watson,
to be divided equally between them.Sixth - In case my personal property is not sufficient, after the payment of my debts and funeral
expenses, to pay in full the bequests to my son James E. Watson and my daughter Amanda J.
Salmons, then those two bequests are to be reduced prorata, and in that event nothing would
be given under the fifth clause hereof.I revoke any former will which I may have made, and I nominate my son Albert V. Watson as
executor of this will and request that he may be appointed without giving bond.Witness my hand this Eighth day of March 1907....Constantine S. (X) Watson
