WILL OF JAMES BOYD

I, James Boyd of Tabor IA, make this my last will in manner as follows, to wit: I direct that my
executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts, if any there be, with all convenient speed.

Of the residue of my estate I give and bequeath to Pearl Miller Harrington the sum of $200.

All the residue of my estate after the payment of my debts and the above bequest, I give,
bequeath and devise, to my son W. E. Boyd, both personal and real estate, of whatsoever
consisting or wheresoever found.

I name and appoint as executor of this my last will, my son W. E. Boyd, without bond.

Done at Tabor IA, this 24th day of March 1903.....Signed James Boyd

We the undersigned in the presence of James Boyd, and at his request, and in the presence
of each other hereby bear witness to the signature of James Boyd affixed to the foregoing
instrument of writing purporting to be and by him declared in our presence to be the last will of
said James Boyd.
