WILL OF FRIEDRICK LEU

I, Friedrick Leu of Mills County, Iowa and being of sound and disposing mind and having
heretofore made provisions for my children, save and except my son Hugo, by giving to them
and each of them such portions of my property as has seemed to me just and right. I now give
bequeath and will to my beloved son, Hugo Leu all and singular all of the personal and real
estate owned by me and wherever the same may be located or situated. Requesting my son to
erect a suitable monument over my grave, likewise I hereby appoint my son, Hugo Leu,
executor of this my last will and testament without bond, hereby cancelling and revoking all
former wills by me made.
Dated this 22nd day of March 1897...Friedrick Leu

The foregoing will was by the testator signed in our presence and we at the testators request
and in the presence of each other have signed our names thereto as witnesses and have
written opposite our names our respective places of residence.
