WILL OF ELIZABETH BUFFINGTON BOGART

Know All Men By These Presents:

That I, Elizabeth Buffington Bogart of Glenwood, Mills county, Iowa, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills or Codicils to a will heretofore made by
me.

It is my wish and will, and I hereby direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid.

Subject to the foregoing, I will, devise and bequeath unto my children, Nelle S. Bogart of
Glenwood, Iowa, Gertrude Workman of Glenwood, Iowa, and Inslee M. Flickinger of Council
Bluffs, Iowa, and Wayne A. Bogart of Glenwood, Iowa, share and share alike, all of my
property of every kind, nature and description, real and personal and mixed, and wherever
situated, absolutely. Should any of the foregoing children die before the date of my death,
leaving children surviving them, it is my wish and will that such grand child or grand children
shall take the share which would otherwise go to the child or children; but should any of the
devisees hereinbefore mentioned die before the date of my death without leaving a child or
children, then it is my wish and will that the survivors among my children shall take this share
that would otherwise go to the said deceased child or children.

I hereby appoint my brother, Charles R. Buffington of Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa, Executor
of this my last will and Testament, and exonerate him from giving bond for the faithful
discharge of his duties as such Executor.
