WILL OF ANTHONY HYME
I, Anthony Hyme, of Mills County, Iowa, being of the age of seventy-two years and of sound
and disposing mind and memory do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will
and testament.1. I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses and expenses of last sickness be first paid
out of my estate.2. To my beloved wife I give and bequeath absolutely all my personal property of every kind
and character.3. To my said wife I also give the use and benefits, rents, etc. of the west half of the northwest
quarter (except 12 acres, and being 67 acres more or less) of section thirty three, township
seventy two, range forty two, in Mills County, Iowa, for her lifetime, the intention being to give
her full life estate in said land but a life estate only.4. At the death of my wife I give and bequeath to my children, George Hyme, Annie Haines,
Sarah Pickeral, Allie Warren, Josie Supple, Lucie Wilson, Charley Hyme and Bertha Hyme in
equal shares (of ) the aforesaid real estate.5. I nominate and appoint Shirley Gillilland as my executor to carry out the provisions of this
my will.In witness whereof I do hereto subscribe my name at Glenwood, Mills County, Iowa, this 20th
day of February, 1905.

instrument to be his will and signed the same in our presence and that he requested us to sign
the same as witnesses thereof and that we do so sign in his presence and in the presence of
