WILL OF HENRY STUMPF - Mills County Iowa

To all whom these presents shall come.

I, Henry Stumpf of the County of Mills and State of Iowa being of sound and disposing mind
and being desirous of settling up my business affairs as to me shall seem right and proper, I
do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

That is to say after my death and burial and the full and final payment of all my lawful debts. I
give bequeath and will the rest and residue of all of my property both real and personal of
every kind and description and wherever the same may be located or situated to my beloved
wife, Lena Stumpf, to have and to hold and to use the same and take all of the proceeds
therefrom for her use and support during the period of her natural life, and with full power to
sell and dispose of the real estate at any time it becomes necessary for her support and at her
death the rest and residue of my property, if any remaining, I desire and will that same shall go
absolutely to my beloved daughter Johana Hansen if living. If she should be dead, then and in
that event I desire and will that same shall go to my grandchildren share and share alike.
Likewise I make constitute and appoint my beloved wife Lena Stumpf executrix of this my last
will and testament without bond, hereby revoking and cancelling all my former wills by me
made. Dated this 4th day of October A.D. 1901.

The foregoing will was by the testator Henry Stumpf signed in our presence and we at his
request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have signed our names thereto
