WILL OF J. J. McCLURE

Know All Men By These Presents:

That I, J. J. McClure of Malvern, Iowa in the County of Mills and State of Iowa, being in good
health and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills, by me at any time heretofore made.

And as to my worldly estate, and all property, Real, Personal or Mixed, of which I shall die
seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease, I devise,
bequeath, and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit:

First: My Will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses, shall by my Executor, hereinafter
named, be paid out of my estate, as soon after my decease as shall by him, be found
convenient.

Second: I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest and residue of my estate, Real, Personal, or
Mixed, to my children, Robert M. McClure, John W. McClure, Edward E. McClure, Thompson
E. McClure, Mina J. McFall, W. Chester McClure, and Stella Johnson; And it is my will and
desire my said estate shall be equally divided among my said children, each to receive the
same amount, share and share alike.

And lastly, I do nominate and appoint my son Thompson E. McClure to be Executor of this, my
last will and testament, contained on one sheet of white paper, subscribed my name and
affixed my seal this 29th day of April, A.D. 1914.....Signed J. J. McClure

Signed, sealed, published and declared, by the said J. J. McClure as and for his last Will and
Testament, in the presence of us, who, at his request, and in his presence, and in the
presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
