WILL OF ELIZA McPHERRON

I, Eliza McPherron of Mills County, State of Iowa, being of sound disposing mind and memory
and of full age, do hereby make and ordain this my last will and testament.

1. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Highland four hundred dollars.

2. To my daughrter Sarah Elizabeth Williams I give and bequeath one hundred and fifty
dollars.

3. To William Henry Utterback I give four hundred dollars. The above sums going to said heirs
at my death.

4. That whatever I may be seized at the time of my death both personal and real estate
property; aside from the above mentioned sums, I desire disposed of equally between my
daughters Matilda Jane Highland; Sarah Eliza Williams and William Henry Utterback.

5. I hereby appoint Absolon (sic) W. Williams the Executor of this my last Will and Testament
revoking all if any Will formally made by me and desire that he have full power to settle and
carry out the requirements of my Will as set forth. Witness my hand this 29th day of Oct. 1889.

The foregoing instrument was at that date hereby subscribed by Eliza McPherron in our
presence and she at the same time declared it to be her last will and testament and by her
request we signed our names, both in her presence and in the presence of each other.
