WILL OF REBECCA ANN DUNCAN

I, Rebecca Ann Duncan of Anderson Township, Mills County, Iowa, make and publish this my
last will and testament.

Item 1..I request and will that all my just debts, including expenses of my last sickness and
funeral expenses be paid.

Item 2..I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Nelson G. Rown/Brown $200.00 and all my
interest and estate in one hundred and forty acres (more or less) of land in Lower Chanceford
Township, York County, Pennsylvania. My interest in said land is a one fifth part thereof.

Item 3.. I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Oliver P. Kilgore and my niece Marion I.
Kilgore, share and share alike, all the remainder and residue of my property of which I may die
seized.

Item 4.. The bequest in Item 2 and 3 are made subject to the lawful right of my husband should
he survive me.

Item 5.. I request that my nephew Oliver P. Kilgore be appointed executor of the will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of October, 1899

On this 5th day of October 1899, the foregoing instrument was in our presence signed and
executed by Rebecca Ann Duncan and by her declared to us to be her last Will and
