Will of Joanah Tague
I, Joanah Tague of Mills County Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.1. I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
2. To my daughter Josie Pearle Johnson and Olive Dustman, I give and bequeath $5.00 each.
3. All the balance of my estate of whatever kind, name or nature or wherever situated I give
and bequeath, share and share alike; That is to each of the following in undivided one sixth
interest, to-wit; Nancy Buckingham, Polk Tague, Joe Tague, Ada Lockwood and Ella Daniel,
and the three children of my deceased daughter, Mary Ursula Haynie, jointly one sixth, viz;
Joe Haynie, Lee Haynie and Grace Haynie.I hereby nominate and appoint my brother John Warren as my executor and expressly
authorize him to convert the real estate if any left by me into cash for the purposes of division
to the persons named in this will.In witness hereof I do hereto subscribe my name this 25th day of August 1905 (there is a
strikeover here and date might be 1915) at Glenwood IowaSigned: Joanah Tague
We, H. M. Logan and Shirley Gillilland do hereby certify that the foregoing instrument was
signed by Joanah Tague in our presence and by her at the time declared to be her last Will
and that we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other sign the
same as witnesses to its execution.
