I, Amazon Badham, of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory and being mindful
of the uncertainties of life, do make this my last will and testament as follows:

I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Melvina J. Badham, all the real estate and personal
property of every kind and description whatsoever of which I shall die seized and possessed to
be hers absolutely, after my just debts are paid.

I hereby revoke any former will which I may have made, and I nominate as my executor of this
will my wife, and request that she may be appointed without giving bond.

Dated this 25th day of September 1908

At the request of the above testator we sign our names as subscribing witnesses in his
presence and in the presence of each other, and we certify that the above testator signed the
above will in our presence and then and there declared the same to be his last will and
testament.
