WILL OF ABRAHAM GOODMAN

In the name of God, Amen.

I, Abraham Goodman of the town of Silver City in the County of Mills and State of Iowa of the
age of sixty-one years, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:

First...I give and bequeath to my wife, Ann Goodman all my property both personal and real,
wheresoever situated of which I may die siezed. Hereby revoking all wills formerly by me
made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 29th day of December in this year of our
Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Three......Abraham Goodman

The above instrument consisting of one sheet of paper was at the date thereof signed and
delivered by the said Abraham Goodman as and for his last will and testament in presence of
us, who at his request and in his presence have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
