I, Wesley E. DeLashmutt, of Mills County, Iowa, do hereby make, publish and declare this my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made; That is to say:1st I direct my executrix hereinafter named to pay all my just debts existing at the time of death,
including the expenses of my last sickness and burial, as soon after my death is practical.2nd Subject to the payment directed in the preceding paragraph, I give, will, devise and
bequeath to my beloved wife Clara DeLashmutt all the property of which I may die seized and
possessed, or to which I may be entitled, for the period of her natural life, she to enjoy the use,
occupancy, rents and profits of the same during her life. And at her death; (nothing more here)3rd I give, will, devise and bequeath all of my property to my children in equal parts; and if any
of my children should die before my death leaving issue, then said issue shall take and receive
the portion that would have gone to their deceased parent; and if any of my children should
die before my death, without issue, then such part that would have gone to such deceased
child or children, shall be divided equally among the surviving children, or their children, as
above provided.I nominate and appoint my said wife, Clara DeLashmutt, Executrix of this my last will and
testament, and request that she be exonerated from giving bond for the faithful performance of
