WILL OF J. M. WARREN
I, J. M. Warren of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.1. I direct that my just debts including expenses of my last sickness and funeral be first paid
out of my estate.2. To my beloved wife, Julia A. Warren, I give absolutely and in fee simple the west half of the
South West quarter and the South East quarter of the South West quarter and Twenty acres
off of the west side of the South West quarter of the South East quarter, all in Section twenty
five, Township Seventy three, Range Forty three in Mills County Iowa.3. I also give to my beloved wife all personal property of whatever kind, name or nature or
wheresoever siituated of which I am possessed or to which I may be at such time entitled.4. I hereby appoint my said wife, Julia A. Warren, as the executrix of my estate and request
that she be not required to give bond for the performance of her duties as such executrix.Witness my hand this 27th day of August 1905 Signed J. M. (X) Warren

saw J. M. Warren sign the foregoing instrument, which he declared to be his last will and
