WILL OF
KOCHERSPERGER, Jacob

I, Jacob Kockersperger, of the town of Emerson, County of Mills, and State of Iowa, do make
this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real and personal, which I may own at the time of
my death, as follows, that is to say:

To each of my children, Minnie E. Northrup, Edwin M. Kochersperger, Hattie B. McClain and
Frank ? Kochersperger, I give a one fourth part of all my property, real and personal, where
ever found, meaning to divide said property share and share alike to each one above
mentioned.

I hereby nominate M. L. Northrup and Frank G. Kochersperger to be the executors of this my
last Will and Testament (without bond and with fee just enough to cover actual expenses of
said executors in taking care of estate.)

In witness whereof I have to this, my last Will and Testament, consisting of one sheet of paper,
