SCOTT, L. L.

I, L.L. Scott, of Indian Creek Township, Mills County, State of Iowa, being of sound mind and
disposing memory, do hereby make, declare and publish this to be my last will and testament,
hereby revoking any and all former wills by me at any former time made.

I will and direct that all of my just debts, including expenses of my last sickness and funeral be
first paid..

I hereby will, devise and bequeath to my wife Euriticia Scott, all of my real, personal, or mixed
or whatever character, to be hers absolutely.

I hereby appoint my said wife, Euriticia Scott, to be the executrix of this my last will and ask that
she be excused from the giving of any bond for the faithful performance of the duties as said
executrix.

In witness whereof I have subscribed my name on this 31st day of May 1913, to this my last will

We hereby certify that on this 31st day of May 1913, at Red Oak, Iowa, L. L. Scott to us
