ROE

Mrs. Jonas Roe died Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock, at her home, No. 206 South Center street, after an illness of ten days with inflammation of the stomach. Mrs. Roe was 42 years of age and was a native of Norway. She had been a resident of Marshalltown for about sixteen years. One daughter, Mrs. Ralp Morgall, resides in the city. She is also survived by her father, H. Jondall, who resides at Roland, and five brothers and sisters, also residents of Roland. Her husband died about one year ago. Brief funeral services will be conducted at the residence Tuesday afternoon at 12:30, and services at the Norwegian church will be held at 1:30, in charge of Rev. O. E. Bordahl. Interment will be in Riverside.
