Mrs. Delano T. Smith died yesterday morning at 3 o’clock, at her home in Marshalltown. Her sister, Mrs. W. C. Chamberlain, and been at her bedside from last Monday morning. The cause of her death was typhoid fever. She leaves several quite young children. She was well known in this city and her many friends will regret to hear of the sad circumstances.
