W. LACKEY, FORMER RESIDENT, IS DEAD

Laurel—(Special)—William A. Lackey, 93, resident of Marshall county many years, died at a hospital in Minneapolis, Minn., according to word received by Mrs. W. D. Dunlap. Lackey, born in Indiana April 7, 1854, was married to Syd Moorehead of Gilman. They were the parents of six children. Two sons are dead. He leaves three daughters, a son, nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Mrs. Lackey died Dec. 20, 1927. Lackey made his home with a daughter, Mrs. Elsie Troutman of Minneapolis. Burial was in Worthington, Minn.
