HINECKER RITES TO BE MONDAY AT ESTEL HOME

Services for M. L. (Lafe) Hinecker, 71, 506 E. State St., who died unexpectedly Friday morning, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday from the Estel-Perrin funeral home in charge of the Rev. Orval Walker, pastor of Central Christian church. Burial will be in Riverside. Mr. Hinecker was born March 19, 1882 in Clay county, Mo., the son of George and Katherine Williams Hinecker. While still a small child the family moved from Missouri to Iowa. Shortly after his marriage on Jan. 13, 1902 to May C. Roberts in Marshall county, the couple moved to a farm near Zearing where they remained fro 35 years. They came here in 1942 where he was employed as a moulder for the Lennox Furnace company for 10 years before retiring in June, 1952. He was a member of Central Christian church. PRECEDING HIM in death were his parents, a brother, A. J. (Bud), and a twin sister, Lena. Survivors include the widow, four children, Mrs. Arnold Bower, Coon Rapids; Mrs. Don Flenniken, Bettendorf; Lucian and Roy of Marshalltown, and two grandchildren. Also surviving are a sister and two brothers, Cash Hinecker, Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. Harry Robertson and Fred Hinecker, both of Marshalltown.
