Marshalltown, IA [12-1-1939] p. 13FORMER COUNTY MAN DIES IN MISSOURI
Relatives here have received word of the death Thursday at his home near Cainsville, Mo., of Samuel Ewry, a former resident of Taylor township. The body will be brought overland for burial here arriving in time for services at the grave in Riverside at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Mr. Ewry, who was about 92 years old, left Marshall county about 40 years ago and had been living on a farm near Cainsville since that time. Mrs. Ewry died in 1912. He is survived by three sons, Harry and Carl, who live in Wyoming, and Leonard, who lived with his father at Cainsville.
