JESSE BRIDGMAN RITES DUE IN CITY WEDNESDAY

Funeral services for Jesse O. Bridgman, 83, longtime resident of Albion, who died Thursday in a hospital here, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Estel funeral home. Services will be in charge of Kenneth Holms of Waterloo and burial will be in the Albion cemetery. Mr. Bridman was born at Centerville Oct. 30, 1863, a son of James and Tabitha Bridgman. The family moved to Marshall county a few years later and he married Claudia Wright in Marshalltown in 1882. Three years later the couple moved to Albion, where Mrs. Bridgman died in 1930. Mr. Bridgman was widely known for his work as a builder and house mover. Survivors include two sons, Ward of Albion and Duane of Mountain View, Calif.; two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Ida Robbins of Marshalltown and Mrs. Nellie Kimball of Wichita, Kan., and Elmer Bridgman of Marshalltown.
