Word was received in Marshalltown Tuesday of the death of Grant Botts, 49, a former resident of Liscomb. Botts has been a resident of Portland, Ore., since 1946. Surviving are the widow and two sons, his mother, Mrs. Sarah Botts of Beaman, his father, David Botts of Brazil, Ind., three brothers, Sherman of Marshalltown, Howard of Hampton and Roy of Beaman, and a sister, Mrs. Don Thomas living in New Hampshire. A brother, James L. Botts, died in 1942. Howard Botts left late Monday for Portland to attend the funeral which will be Thursday.
