MRS. BEESON IS DEAD AT 75

ALBION---(Special)---Mrs. Marget Beeson, 75, died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday at her home south of Albion, where she had lived for 44 years. She suffered a stroke Thursday. Mrs. Beeson was born at Mt. Vernon, Ohio, June 28, 1878, the daughter of James C. and Mary Ann McKibben. The family moved to Albion when she was 6 and to Suttgart, Ark., eight years later. She was married to James Beeson of Albion March 30, 1986. They farmed south of Albion and then lived at LaMoille, returning here 44 years ago. He died in 1927, and one daughter, Aurel, died in 1903. Two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death. Surviving are three children, Mrs. E. L. Harmon, Lohr and Garr Beeson, all of Albion, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Avey Funeral Home, Marshalltown, in charge of the Rev. C. W. Cleveland. Burial will be in Albion Cemetery.
