Services for Mrs. Emma J. Breiting, 83, 913 S. 3rd Ave., who died Saturday noon at Evangelical Hospital, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Pursel-Davis Funeral Homes in charge of the Rev. R. Park Anderson. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. She was born Jan. 20, 1872, in Big Rock, the daughter of George and Laura Randall. She attended school in Tipton and was graduated from Iowa State Teachers College in Cedar Falls and taught school in the eastern part of the state for a number of years and in Ferguson. Survivors include a foster son, Lt. Col. Foster Blake, New York, N.Y., a nephew, George Willis, Davenport, a brother H. E. Randall, Huntington Park, Calif., and Mrs. Esther Willis, Bettendorf.
